CRM ANALYST
Job Description– develop and Deploy plug-ins, Ribbon Customization, JavaScript, jQuery and OData Query extensions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. Implement Power Automate for Business Processes. Power BI for Data visualization. Customize CRM reports to specific business requirements by using SQL Reporting Service. Involve in managing Activities for CRM. Design workflows using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 workflow engine to meet requirements. Install, Configure, Customize, Deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM server, Database and Reporting, CRM Email router in Production, QA, Development Environments with CRM 365. Design and Architecture sessions with Teams to gather and documenting business processes and requirements for the project and finalize by conducting presentations and signoffs by concerned Departments. Work on GIT Environment with Azure DevOps in Agile Methodology.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: CRM Analyst with bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering any, Technology or related and 2 yrs of exp.
